  • the right to delete the data without undue delay (“the right to be forgotten”) if one of the following applies:
    1. They are no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
    2. The consent is withdrawn and there is no other lawful basis for processing;
    3. The data subject objects to the processing of their data, and there is no overriding legitimate interest to continue this processing;
    4. The personal data have been processed unlawfully;
    5. The personal data have to be erased to comply with a legal obligation;
    6. The personal data were collected in relation to information society services offered in accordance with the applicable Union and national law.
  • The right to restrict processing may be exercised if:

  • The right to data portability, respectively (I) the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as (II) the right to have such data transmitted by Train To Excellence to another data controller, provided that the legal conditions are met;

  • The right to contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or the competent courts, if you deem it necessary.
