Laura (born 1973) joined her first job in 1996 and since than she had the oportunity to work for large multi-national financial institutions - Alpha Bank, ABN AMRO, HVB Bank, Unicredit-Tiriac Bank and Bancpost - mostly in a managerial role. Today Laura works for the largest employer in Romania, Continental Automotive Romania.

After 20 years of managing people and sales in the banking industry, Laura took a bold decision to start a career in Human Resources in 2017, when she joined Continental Automotive Romania in the Compensation & Benefits Area.

In the meantime, considering her extensive experience as a manager and because she enjoys working with people, Laura co-founded in 2016 "Train2Excellence".

Today, her current assignment in Compensation & Benefit and her family take the majority stake of her time. Her role in Train2Excellence is to represent the company as Administrator and to assist the team in consulting projects whenever her expertise is required and adds value.
