Adrian (born 1974) enjoyed working for large multi-national financial institutions in Romania, ABN AMRO Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland (1998 - 2012), as well as for the Romanian middle sized Carpatica Bank (2013 - 2016). Over the last 15 years, Adrian gained experience as a leader, fulfilling relevant managerial roles both at head office and branch network level. 

After graduating the Politehnica University of Timisoara, the roles in large companies enabled Adrian to build an important set of theoretical knowledge - Executive MBA, certifications in training, change management, process improvement - and business experience as Director of Organizational Transformation & Service Excellence, Head of Change Management Branches, Regional Branch Operations Coordinator, etc.

In 2016, Adrian directed his efforts towards sharing his relevant business knowledge and experience at a larger scale, with the objective of enabling individuals and organizations to change. In the first year he partnered with Qualians as Senior Consultant and Trainer, focusing on Workshop Facilitation Delivery and Solution Architecture. 

Today Adrian enjoys working with Laura for the co-owned "Train2Excellence". Adrian centers his activity on consulting services, program architecture and facilitated workshops focused on real challenges faced by the clients.
